We had a wonderful experience with Jaybrian Multiservices! Normally, we have done our taxes completed by a different company, but they are no longer in business. So on short notice, Jaybrian was able to get us on their schedule right away! On top of that, when my wife and I came in for our appointment, it was during lunch time. We were a bit early and we expected to wait a bit before he would be back from lunch but he called the office to let us know that he was sick and had a cold! We thought that we would have to reschedule but, he was able to complete everything for us remotely while we were in his office and he was on speaker-phone!
