An absolute disgrace to this country. IRS has been holding funds with zero communication from anyone within their "office". I've been on hold for over an hour trying to talk to a live individual to figure out what is going on with my refund. The IRS is nothing but a scam, ripping us off left and right while other's don't even pay their taxes. Do the right thing and try to pay your taxes only for the IRS to rob you blind. SHAME ON THE US GOVERNMENT FOR ALLOWING THIS. TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION IS THEFT!

Didn’t have available appointments for 2 months… booked it i show up early…. Security guard isn’t here half an hour after appointment and they cant let us in until he shows up. Also, their working hours are a lazy person’s dream… no wonder you gotta wait 2 months for an appointment

Called to make an appointment and was told I don't need an appointment to drop off my returns. Showed up to drop off my returns and they said I need to make an appointment. Then they handed me a slip with a phone number to call to make an appointment (same number I called previously) that says you don't need an appointment to drop off returns. You should not be this incompetent with something this simple.
