So this morning I had a shampoo appt scheduled and by the time Pierre arrived I was not prepared ?. He accommodated me by waiting a couple minutes ( he def didn’t have to do that ) while I turned into flash and got all the tables off the floor . He came in and got right to work . Listen to me when I say this carpet look like Jesus been washing sins and I’m perfect now cuz how the heck did this carpet get this clean and I’m 2 years shy of a shampoo ! Thank you Pierre !
I had them come and clean one room and a chair in my living room. They did an excellent job on both of them. However, in doing so there was an issue that occurred and needed to be taken care of. I have to say I couldn't be happier with how they took care of the issue. I have never done business with a company that was so quick to respond and wanted to make everything perfect. I would have no qualms about using their company again.
Mr. James came very professional and prompt, he did an excellent job , when it came to speed , precision, and efficiency, very polite and he answered every question I had and shared his knowledge I would definitely recommend to any and all‼️‼️‼️‼️
