I had to call and I always dread calling and getting voice prompts…HOWEVER…I spoke to TISH…and she helped me resolve adding my new payments and finding my way around the web site, she was very knowledgeable and kind, you Rock TISH. Then I had to call back and a girl named HOPE answered and helped me find how to place a review on google, she also is knowledgeable, I love you girls and appreciate you!
I called today, and talked to a very sweet lady.. Flo, from Customer Service. She, was Very Kind... and had a calming, voice... and, I jus want to let her know... I, Truly.. Appreciate it, Very Much. In this cold, and crazy world ... it's really, nice... to hear someone.. with a Caring, Voice...and, actually listens..to what you say, without feeling..rushed. Thank You, Flo! God Bless You!
Aloha! We haven't started services yet, but so far the customer service has been great. I've never paid for trash pickup before so I had lots of questions. Tisa was so helpful and knowledgeable. I am thankful for her patience with me and her expertise. Thank you Tisa!!
