Boomtown is the worst Real Estate online program I have ever used. After a year of giving a shot and getting horrible leads I would definitely stay away and save your money. I would say more than half of the leads were false leads, fake phone numbers and fake email addresses. Customer service is the worst. When I tried to cancel they upped my Bill to almost double and would not let me cancel. Do not use Boomtown.

The communication is terrible! The CRM and website have been down since 2AM. Not an email or call from anyone to explain whats happening. This is a loss of revenue and my buyers agents have been unable to call clients all day. There is no telling how many buyers that tried to visit my website but were unable to browse homes on my boomtown website. I am very unhappy with this service. They truly do not care about their long time high paying customers $3000 per month for what???Nobody ever reaches out, once you commit to the service thats it... Bate & switch game for sure!!Kristin Brown

Boomtown is too expensive. You are locked into a one year contract without the ability for a trial to see if it works for you and your business. Bad numbers from leads and you are held hostage to work this program 24/7. After a few conversations with the guy who set me up, I recieved NO response from my emails, texts or call. I am so unhappy, I decided to go back to my former System and just buy out my contract. Big mistake .
