The entire experience with Blue Raven was smooth and everything was explained in detail by Jake Bullard and he kept in contact throughout the process to keep me up to date on everything.
Our technician was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the issue with our panels. He had to order a part, which arrived sooner than he estimated. The work orders team were very helpful in scheduling the installation of the new part, and our technician arrived before he scheduled time to do the work. He was finished within the hour, and even updated the software on our system to make it more efficient, even though that wasn’t in his original scope of work. It’s a shame this thing maxes out at five stars: I’d give extra ones if I could
First off, I never write reviews unless I’m blown away and let me tell you Karion at blue raven has made my switch to solar energy painless and easy. Every concern I had was met with a very thorough explanation. Great guy great company and I will recommend them for years to come! I’m very happy with my decision and you will be as well.
