I was incredibly impressed with Belfor's response after a recent fire and water damage incident at our apartment community. They arrived immediately and worked efficiently to address the situation. Their communication with both staff and residents was outstanding, and they were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Troy, in particular, went above and beyond, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend their services!
I have used Belfor for years for my property and I could not be any happier with their service and consistency. Everyone on their team from AJ to office staff Patty exemplifies what customer service is all about and goes the extra mile to help their clients. They are always professional, courteous, transparent, and they always gets the job done to the utmost satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Belfor for any of your restoration needs.
They were ok with job itself... GREAT cleaning and putting the furniture back in place...The communication was POOR... I am a renter that was caught in the middle...So much was done w/o letting me know... That was frustrating..They did bring a trailer to put large item in for almost 2 weeks while the job was being completed, one of my problems is they placed a live plant in the trailer. the nasty glue did get on a few items that is ruined..no follow up in the end... oh well the nightmare is over now-- what a horrible Jaunuary..
