We had the unfortunate pleasure of observing that our thermostat decided to no longer work. We immediately called ARS and they had their technician Kevin out here the next morning. Kevin was very professional and polite and explained the issue was a drainage problem and not the thermostat. He diligently proceeded to install a new cleaning mechanism and resolved the drainage issue. Notably, he accomplished this in probably 120 degrees plus temperatures. Thanks again for the fast, courteous and professional service.

Being that it's hard to find someone willing to come on short notice, I'm very thankful for these guys. The technician was very friendly and helpful from the time he came through the door until the time that he he (Kevin) left. When it comes to a plumbing problem I'd certainly call this service as my first choice.

Tommy did the best HVAC service work by any rep during our many years of using ARS/Rescue Rooter. He cleaned drain pipes that had never been touched in the past. He was polite, personable and efficient.
