My experience with Fix-it 24/7 was awesome. The technician Ron Heath was the best tech I've had to fix anything. He took time to explain things to me and took great care to leave our home like he found it. Ya'll need to give Ron a raise. He's definitely need to keep him around.

After calling around to different companies; needing an air duct grille cover replacement; I was out of luck- no one knew what I was requesting. When I called Fix It 24/7, I spoke with Ms. Cat, she knew before I completed a full sentence; exactly what I needed replaced. Knowing that I called in the middle of the day; I knew it would be a process; one, to see if they have a new one, and two, the next availability for install. Less than 37 hours later; I was updated with great news for an appointment slot. The communication and follow up ( updates) were conducted in a professional and timely manner.
