I was very impressed with Charles,one of the instructors. We met at the Hampton Inn lobby, which is a very nice clean facility. He explained what he would be doing in the drive, and had us to come back exactly 2 hours later where we all siat down and discussed in details of what they went through, things that we needed to work on, gave me an information sheet when we drive with my child things we can go over. I Love � the fact that he was a retired vet that had plenty of experience as a patrolman. As a mother he put my heart at ease with the concerns that I had before the drive. Very easy to talk to , an overall a wonderful experience. To top it off, she took her test at the DMV and passed with flying colors.
