we were in hot water with our computers and had someone else come check things out and really didn't help us. Nick from Protechwork came in and listened to our problems, took the time to check things out and then fixed everything just how he explained he would. I really value someone who does what they say they are going to do. Good guy. Good company.
Pro Tech work is by far the best and most reliable computer shop in town! They not only are experts at troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with your computer but they also fix those issues promptly! On top of all of that Nick Gentile should teach a class on customer service! He never makes you feel like you are bothering him or wasting his time! He is the best at what he does bar-none! Y'all keep up the fantastic work!
Nick was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my laptop, on top that he provided quality service with excellent customer service. I highly recommend him for any computer services.
