I went in for a wellness physical at the North Augusta office today and was seen . The staff was friendly and professional . Dr William Rivell was the doctor I saw concerning my test. He was very professional and performed all the test I needed and answered all my questions. I didn't have to wait long and was taken care of . I would visit this center again.

I will literally go out if my way to come to this urgent care from now on should I ever need to. Wait times will likely vary depending on the day and time of day but I had almost no wait, everyone was super professional, kind, and - always feels like a bonus when this happens - aware and respectful of my pronouns as a genderqueer person! They were gentle with my injury and shot, I needed x-rays which were simple to accomplish, and I feel like I received the highest level of care at an urgent care place than I ever have or will receive. 10/10 will definitely attend again if needed!

The whole staff was amazing . Big thanks to the doctor that assisted me . Never had such a good experience going to a doctor before.. The care for me after wards calling and checking on me to make sure all is well is above and beyond thank you
