They responded to our kitchen and bathroom issues almost immediately. Our family had a nightmare experience with another restoration company in Evans that dragged on and on. After speaking with Matt in our home during our initial assessment he put us at ease with his explanations of how his team would address our problems. He has vast experience with the adjusters from Travelers insurance so his handling of them was without any hiccups. We were given a contract estimate as well as a tentative finish date which was thankfully met without any problems. Matt and I were in communication multiple times per week about what was going on with the projects and their status/timeline. He is honest, thorough, experienced, knowledgeable, and just a great guy. I can’t say enough that Matt and Paul Davis is where you must go for any home issues you might be facing. I’m active duty military - military personnel do yourselves a favor and get your home restoration projects completed by Matt and his team. Thank you Matt. Thank you Paul Davis.
