Just had our tankless water heater serviced by Jordan. He was extremely professional and friendly, especially since our unit was in bad shape because of our own ignorance. He was able to service everything properly and we definitely will be using BFP for all our plumbing needs!
This company could not have done a better job. Had a bad leak in the crawl space under my house. Happened overnight - I called in the morning. They called me back when they had an opening. The plumber was very nice, informative, and did an efficient repair as quickly as could have been done. And came with a 2 year warranty. I would not think twice about calling Benjamin Franklin again for any Plumbing problem.
I had my old house and yard waterlines done in Pex piping. Jordan stayed extra time to make sure everything was done right. He even put a house shut off valve in my bedroom closet. Very convenient. Jordan even went into my hot attic in August and wrapped the Pex pipes in insulation. Never complaining. Also, a worker messed the siding up and Jordan replaced and put it up. They cleaned up everything really well. It took 5 days to complete the job. I have used them for years to do my plumbing. They get an A+ from me.
