Duane came out when he said he would to give me an estimate. i needed Duane to build a dryer vent system under my house for my new dryer. I was afraid it would be a major problem and very costly. He knew right away how it should be done, and to code and safety. He gave me a reasonable quote, lower than i expected and showed up the day that he promised to do the job. He was very knowledgeable, and professional and i wish there were more jobs i needed him for. I will recommend him to anyone who needs his specialty! Also note that other places you call for vent cleaning quote you an amount to come and give you an estimate, then later will not take off the amount you paid for the estimate off of the job. But Duane is kind and honest.

I wish we called A&A before we bought the new washer and dryer, as I believe, given the amount of lent he cleared from the vent and vent line was causing me to run the dryer longer and repeat cycles. He is quick and responsive.

I called incredibly last minute, and Duane was able to come out at 6:30pm 2 days later. I needed to clean out my dryer vent, which probably hadn't been cleaned in 24 years. It looked brand new & he repaired the vent pipe. His fee is $150. He takes checks or cash only.
