Astrit removed and replaced our laundry room door and our master bath window. He did an excellent job, and we are extremely satisfied with his work, and the Window World products in general. Astrit has done work replacing doors in our house last year, and he did a great job then too. We would highly recommend Window World for any of your window or door replacement projects.
Our experience with Window World was great from the beginning to the end. First, our salesperson, Chris, was informative and thorough. Second, we visited the store and talked to Scott. There he showed us the windows and the options available to us. Finally, our installer, Astrit, was friendly, thorough, and a hard worker.. We think he would have benefited from the presence of a second worker, but he didn’t seem to mind. Astrit answered all our questions and demonstrated how the screens were inserted and how the windows worked. We highly recommend this business.
Astrit did a tremendous job for us. He was extremely professional, careful and thorough. He explained everything to us as he went. He was a perfectionist, and the job surely shows that!
