Top Homes Construction, Alex Senior & Junior are great to work with. They worked with us to bring our vision to reality. Job consisted of removal of existing vinyl windows and installation of new thermal pane glass windows in our enclosed sunroom. The contractors they used did a great job.
Job was completed in a timely manner too.
Unexpectedly, our roof had a major leak due to age and a storm. We received quotes from three companies and Top Homes was competitive and Jr. was responsive. They understood our time constraints due to our rental schedule and committed to getting the new roof installed in an extraordinarily short time frame. In addition, to the roof new skylights were installed. The work we well performed the new roof is beautiful. We look for to working with TH again.
My wife found Top Homes Construction online. They were quick to respond to our inquire. They took our old Carolina room and enclosed it into a four season room. Easy to work with and response to our concerns. Windows were custom. *ceramic floor not done by them in pictures. Alex, JR and Michelle were easy to work with. Will look at using them in future projects.
