I went to have my hair highlighted and my roots covered. Casey charged me 260.00 to put in less than 30 foils. I asked her three times about covering my roots each time I was told she was going to fixing to get that part done. I left looking the same as when I walked in. An inch of new growth gray roots still showing on dark brown hair looking awful and she kept giving me excuses as to why she hadn’t cover them. Like you can come back 2 to 3 mores to fix it this. Why in the world would I come back to only still have old lady roots on dark brown hair which still look awful. I can’t even put my hair up in a ponytail. I’m so upset and so disappointed. I am extremely disappointed in the appointment that I had. I asked my hair to be platinum and somehow walked out with darker hair then I walked in the salon with. I tried to give Casey the benefit of the doubt and waited a few days to let the chemicals sit in my hair to see if there was a change...There wasn’t. When I reached out to Casey she did not respond for DAYS. I had to text her over and over again. She then offered to fix it and said she’d let me know in an hour..now it’s been two weeks since I last heard from her. I asked for at least a partial refund and still NO response. Worst experience I’ve ever had. And EXTREMELY unprofessional!!
