I have been going here for several years only because of the convenience of the location. However, I have been unhappy with their services for awhile. Frequently, I will go to pick up the clothes after the communicated pick-up time, which I always verify at drop-off, and not all of the clothes are ready. As a result, many times I must make repeated trips. Additionally, one of my boyfriend's irreplaceable 100% silk Tommy Bahama shirts that he had purchased a few years ago on vacation was lost. For 3 weeks, I followed up and escalated the issue to the managers. Granted, they did make some phone calls trying to locate it and even offered to pay us for the missing shirt, but it was very upsetting since it wasn't something that you could easily replace. Because one day I just happened to speak with a lady who remembered us previously using their other location, she made a phone call to the other store and located the shirt. I understand mistakes can happen, however, it does not help that I feel very unwelcome when I walk into the store. The employees don't smile, and they don't say hello to you unless you speak to them first. At times, they are outside smoking and seemed bothered that you interrupted their break. There was even at least one occasion where the lady was on her cell for a personal phone call and finished her call before even acknowledging that I was standing right there in front of her. The last straw for me was the other day when I walked in, and the lady very unapologetically informed me that their credit card machine wasn't working, warranting another wasted trip to the store once again. I plan to find a new location.
