Jim, the owner, is very knowledgeable in roofs and siding and it was never a problem to meet with us to discuss the quote and answer any questions. Jim was also on the job for the days it took to replace our roof and siding. His crew was really great. They were polite, knew what they were doing and took care to do it correctly. Clean up around the house was done at the end of every day.

“I had some wooden siding boards on a renovated barn that were rotting and were in danger of leaking into the wall of the renovated room. After looking online for siding repair companies, I called 4 different ones. None of them even called back. Then I found Challenger Construction. I called, Helder got back to me quickly and was at my house later that afternoon to give me an estimate for the work. Though already busy on his schedule, and thinking it would be a couple of weeks before his team could do the repairs, a couple of days later he let me know that they had a cancellation, and the next morning his team was at my house.Three fantastic guys and a foreman who came out to check on things as they went, all with amazing attitudes, great knowledge, and the ability to deal with an underlying issue that came up while working. A true joy to deal with.No money exchanged until Helder came out when they were done to inspect the finished work. “This is a follow-up to my previous rating if I could go negative insteadof 1 star i would!.My name once again is Tina and Alpha Omega is Roofing Company us who DRB Group of Raliegh contracted to roof my new home. I had a roof leak which flooded by front room and Alpha Omega did not respond after multiple calls for help but only after a FB review of their service. Representative Tania finally contacted me and had her fellow manager arrange for a service call which came a day late and left without doing anything as it started as it started rain without doing anything. I spoke with the field manager while his team was on site he committed to having his team back at my home "First thing" in the morning today and he committred repaired and completing work not done by fis company as part of new build commitment to quality . He did not follow thru Nor has the roof technicians arrived to do what he committed to. 1 replace flashing 2 complete Never the completedp post build "punch" clean up repairs 3 Honor the builders contracted roof warranty.“
