This has been a great experience from the start, from making the appointment for the tech to come to my house to determine what needs to be done.To the great young man, Chris, who trouble shooted and determined the problem and the fix. Both representatives were great, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Can't wait to have my New Rinnai tankless water heater installed. Got 18 years of great use out of the old one. I highly recommend both companies. God bless. Shalom.
Called and they came out on a Sunday evening after multiple 24/7 companies called and not even an answer or call back. Issue was bigger than expected and they arrived at 8 am Monday morning to tackle the job. Had to remove a concrete walkway to get to the busted pipe from the clean out to the city main. Dug it up, fixed the pipe, poured concrete and created the walkway and did all this in a days work!!! Glenwood, Paul, Jack and field manager thanks again !
The process and communications were great. You did as promised. Tony.was 5 star material. He.was.neat personable, efficient and knowledgeable. The only negative was the price. We thought $252.00 for 30 minutes of work was very steep.
