This Company is paid to take care of units for a rental unit through VRBO we have for 4 days over Thanksgiving holiday. The unit was maybe dusted over lightly...No clean smell, no indication that any cleaning agents were used.... We were provided with 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the unit for TWO BATHROOMS, no extras anywhere! One who,e set of sheets was missing for the MST. Bdrm... only two sets provided for three bdrms. The Lobby staff couldn't help us since it was privately rented. When we called the "after hours contact # ) provided, guess what? The MAILBOX WAS FULL, No message could be left! Very unprofessional and would not recommend this Company to anyone.
