I stopped in to Optic Gallery Family Eye Care because I accidentally broke the frames for my glasses and I was looking to get them fixed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and assisted immediately. The woman at the front desk was kind and very professional. She was able to fix my frames in less than 10 minutes, and she didn't even charge me for the service! I am so grateful for this place for their help. The store itself is clean and beautiful. While I was waiting for my glasses to be fixed I did some window shopping and noticed that they have a lot of great frames to choose from and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place. Ephraim is a lifesaver, I forgot my contact lenses at home when I went away for a wedding. He sent me my rx so I can fill my contacts out of state. He was so quick to help me, I truly appreciate it!!
My glasses broke while on vacation. Efrain Ortiz used some special glue and was able to repair them so I could make it thru the rest of my vacation. Efrain was super and refused to charge me for his services
