Ephraim is a lifesaver, I forgot my contact lenses at home when I went away for a wedding. He sent me my rx so I can fill my contacts out of state. He was so quick to help me, I truly appreciate it!!

My glasses broke while on vacation. Efrain Ortiz used some special glue and was able to repair them so I could make it thru the rest of my vacation. Efrain was super and refused to charge me for his services

They never gave up on me. Ephraim Ortiz, Dr. Merhi, Bethany and the entire team brainstormed and worked overtime to figure out my unique vision needs. Over many weeks of trial and error I was ready to give up. Ephraim always assured me that they would figure it out...and they did! I am now seeing both near and far thanks to these dedicated professionals. I am so thankful for their attention to my rare optical challenges and the research to try something they had never used in the history of their practice. Thank you so much! I am very very pleased!
