Recently I lost my glasses in Charleston. I reached out to the Optic Gallery and luckily they had a cancellation for the next day! I was overjoyed because I couldn’t see. Dr. Merhi was fantastic and I was able to get my glasses quickly. She also noted my eye pressures were high and referred me to a specialist. Luckily it turns out my eye pressures are borderline and I will now be monitored. Thank you so much Dr. Merhi! You are the best! 🥰
Vacationing in the area and one of the lens of half frame glasses broke. Optic was able to squeeze me in and repair on sight in minutes. Huge relief. Great staff and service for someone from out of town that they have never met. Was a blessing to me.
