Jeff at Netcom IT Services was very responsive and extremely helpful when I was having streaming issues with an Axis Communications camera. He was very patient and professional helping me understand the issue and did not try to nickel and dime me. I would highly recommend Jeff and Netcom IT Services to anyone needing technical assistance.

NetComIt Services was very quick to respond when I requested a quote, Jeffrey's concern for doing the job right was quite evident. From the start and throughout the entire installation he gave us regular updates and overcame any obstacle in his way to provide us with both an excellent product and exemplary service. We love our new Webcam. It's safe to say... If you need IT, NetCom it!

We bought a security system from another company and were not pleased with the customer service. When our system went down we checked into other options for repair. I was very impressed with Jeff W's Customer Service. He returns phone calls promptly and really listens to your needs. His pricing was very reasonable for new systems and repairs. I will be recommending him to my friends.
