The entire process from getting a quote, insurance processing and installing the new roof was handled with great professionalism. The team lead by superintendent Austyn and the support staff of Andrew, Angel, Ainhoe and Eric were best in class. I would highly recommend Monarch, they have the best people and quality workmanship. I had my new roof put on today from the best team ever! Supervising the crew - Danny Pipes was awesome to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way with pictures galore! He meshed with the crew so well - right up there on the roof with the workers! Every one of them did their job and then some - worked together so well - only a quick lunch break and back at it. Cleanup was a breeze - I even challenged them for me to find a nail - just 1 - they told me to try and try I did. Not 1 and we had a good laugh afterward.
