Our cat passed away early on a Monday morning called a closer funeral home to us and they recommended McMillan-Small, they answered immediately and her cremated and back to us the next day. Thank you for your sympathies and services.
McMillan and Small has been so wonderful to my family and had everything completed as promised so that family from out of town could take their Urn home! Craig was so sweet and patient. My Dad was also handled by them in 2005, and it was a beautiful ceremony! Thanks again to everyone that helped make this an easy experience for our family.Donna
Our dog died on a Saturday night. Sunday morning we called a pet crematory in Little River and left a message asking them to return our call Monday morning. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and they still haven't called.I continued to look for pet crematories and found where McMillan-Small did them. They were closed so I was ready to leave a message, that was 3:40pm Sunday afternoon. The answering service took our info, the director called within 10 minutes, 30 minutes later we received a call telling us the dispatcher was on his way.
