We had a great experience working with Elaine Struck on our recent trip to J&K in Myrtle Beach. Highly recommend working with her. She is extremely knowledgable of the products they sell, and spent a lot of time explaining details of each piece so that we could make an informed decision. She never once made us feel any pressured to buy. We will be back to work with her in the near future!

The purchase experience was great. The issue is the white glove delivery and set up along with a manufacture defect. First, the delivery issue. As soon as the truck arrived and I was showing where the table location, the driver asked to use my bathroom, while not closing the front door on a 95 degree day. I showed him the outside bathroom (still internal to the house and hvac controlled) and then met them by the truck. We took 4 chairs in and then they brought in the table, which needed the 4 legs installed. One guy went to the truck to get tools, and left the door wide open again. I would like to amend my review for JKFurniture. They contacted me & provided great customer service for my complaint below. They were understanding, replaced my mattress which was done quickly & hassle free. They quickly reassessed my complaint & arranged a replacement. It is nice to see a company like JK Furniture to put customer satisfaction first which is rare these days. Their dedication & professionalism to ensuring I was happy my purchase was evident through every step. I highly recommend JK Furniture & remind my previous review. They have earned me as a loyal customer & reference to their company.

This is our Bassett Design Center (smaller of the two Coastal Grand Stores). J&K Home Furnishings set out to be a different kind of furniture store focused on the shopping experience of our customer by providing them with high quality, brand name furniture, competitive pricing and knowledgeable, well trained staff. J&K opened its doors in August 1997 with its first store location in North Myrtle Beach. Since then we've expanded throughout the Grand Strand with 6 store locations from Little River to Murrells Inlet. We have several different types of stores to help better serve our customers including full showroom, HGTV Design Centers by Bassett and a Clearance Center.
