They came out the same day, discovered that, while the part the other company diagnosed as the problem was a problem, there was another part that was also needed, and fixed ALL of the issues for less than the other company charged. “I'm not a home owner, but a tenant. My ac went out last week. Of course my landlord hired them and I've no idea about the cost. But I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They were here when they said they would be here, they were courteous, didn't leave a huge mess, and I've spoken to a couple of the guys that did the work here since. They explained how the new unit works, the maintenance, and ask if I was happy. Because I live in an older building, it took longer than expected because of things out of their control. But I am happy with the solution they provided to fix what was a big concern for me.“

Had Max as my tech today. He was great. But unfortunately ARS as a company has pushed me to my limit. After 10 + years, I will no longer use them. Max was awsome. If I was continuing with ARS, I would ask for Max every time.“

“Mancill used to be a top notch company. Ever since Richard Mancill passed away and the new owner Jimmie Cummins took over the company has gone completely downhill. It is a shame that the name Mancill has become synonymous with poor customer service and shoddy workmanship. My elderly father's $500,000 house got flooded out after a sharkbite fitting that they installed gave way in the wall of his second story bathroom. I contacted the company and Debbie was extremely rude saying it wasnt there problem. She claimed that we were trying to scam them and told me to stop calling. My father ended up having to foot the bill of $10k to fix the damage caused by there shoddy workmanship. The plumbing company I called to fix the leak said only DIY hacks use sharkbite fittings and the water line should of been properly soldered back together since it was concealed in the wall. Never again will I use them and I tell my story so others dont get literally soaked like my father did by this company. Quite a few of my father's friends have said the same thing about the company has gone downhill since old man Mancill passed away and its no longer a reputable service provider.“
