Overall, a pleasant experience! I booked 3 massages for myself and my young adult children as an end of the year experience. We enjoyed our massages and had no complaints about our masseuses. The facilities were clean and well maintained.I want to give a special shoutout to Karen. There were scheduling issues with their staff and she went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated. I appreciated her extra level of customer service.I look forward to returning.

As the owner of a massage therapy clinic and also an instructor of Therapeutic Massage and my local community college, I was excited to try a spa experience in our resort with my good friend. They so kindly worked us in last minute and found a room for us to get 50 minute basic massages with 25 minute head massages. We enjoyed the locker rooms with robes, slippers, sauna and steam room and showers. The relaxation waiting area was nice with water, tea, and snacks. But the couples massage was in a tiny room where the therapists could barely move and definitely not enough room for them to squeeze between the walls and the tables. I love Everything about this spa. Debbie gives amazing facials. Natalie is the best nail specialist I've ever been to and I go see her every month. And Haley gives magical massages. The facilities are top notch and Sara who runs the front desk does it with finesse, kindness, and professionalism. Best spa in Myrtle Beach.
