H2O PROS have done a wonderful job installing a new water heater for us. They understood our need for hot water and reacted quickly. They also arrived when they said they would and their technicians were knowledgable and communicative. Days after the water heater installation, we had a minor issue with the temp and pressure control valve which they did not touch during the installation of the water heater. I called them and they immediately came out and replaced the valve at no cost even though it wasn't a problem that they caused. I called about a leak from my tub to my kitchen ceiling. Spoke with keith and he made an immediate appointment. Brian was my service technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was gone in no time. I noticed it was still leaking. Called and Keith wanted to come the next day. He located the problem and had it promptly. He's returning tomorrow to make sure this what the problem was. Good looking out! H2O plumbing was easy to contact, and fast next day service. Nice people all around and explained the problem and process. Fast reliable service and at a decent price.
