The staff is probably the best staff I have ever dealt with on the Grand Strand…they answer questions, they take the time, they are positive and helpful!! My procedure was routine for them, but not for me and they understood and satisfied all of my concerns!

While my regular physician could not be seen for months, I was fine with seeing someone else, even though I'd just had a heart attack and 2 stents placed in my arteries. What was disturbing was when at the last second, they switched me to a 3rd assistant who walked in the building when I did. She souldn't have had time to even look at my file. I'm sure a heart attack and heart catherization is mundane to these folks, but MY heart attack and catherization is very important to me.
