Lindsay was a blast to work with! She was so knowledgeable, helpful, and honest the entire time. She made everything feel seamless, and even helped with picking the design and grout color. I was so lucky to have her in my corner during this! Recently had three rooms recarpeted by Floor Authority and loved the result. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We got the carpet we wanted at 20% less than our other estimate. The installers were on time, did a great job, and finished in a few hours. Excellent job all the way around.
