Service provided on 06/25/2025 in Myrtle Beach, SC: I live in Virginia and the A/C at my Myrtle Beach, SC, vacation rental condo suddenly stopped working properly on a 90+ degree day while guests were occupying the unit. My go-to HVAC company would not confirm whether a technician could go over that same day to diagnose and fix the issues, so, I had to look for someone else who could. I called a few companies and setup appointments with two of them. At about 2:15pm, First Choice Heating & Air told me that they could have a technician over between 5-7pm. However, at 2:25pm, I received an automated message telling me that Josh was on his way and that he would arrive in less than 30 minutes, which he did. Josh was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained everything that had gone wrong with the indoor AC unit and what he had done to fix it. He also checked the outdoor unit and found it to be working properly. Josh is an asset to this company! I am very, very pleased with the timely service provided by Josh and First Choice Heating & Air. They both proved to be responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced in an emergency. Five days later, my FORMER go-to HVAC company has yet to reach out to let me know when a technician will be available. First Choice Heating & Air is my new preferred and go-to HVAC company and I recommend them to anyone in the Myrtle Beach area who needs their system maintained, serviced, or repaired!
They were very efficient when installing my new sytem and fast. They did it in one day. I am satisfyed with their work.
