Cleaning services were subpar at best. They came in and it felt like if was a race to get done and not a thorough professional cleaning. The owners failed to inform me that an item was broken and only sent a picture of it in pieces on the floor when i asked about other items of mine that were missing. They fully denied that anything was taken but I spent over a week looking for these items to make sure I didn't misplace them. I was finally reimbursed but was told that Iwaited too long to tell them, even though I was only sent the picture of my broken glass 13 days after it happened! Very frustrating experience with this company. I reached out with the details of my cleaning l, including the date I needed it done. They schedule a date to come look at my space to give me a quote. After 2 days of waiting for the quote that they said they’d email me by end of business that same day, I reached out and they only told me then that they don’t work on weekends. I find this very unprofessional when my first communication with them clearly stated when I needed the cleaning done. Why waste my time and yours by coming to give me a “quote” on a job you say you can’t do? Completely unprofessional.
