This is a follow-up to my previous rating if I could go negative insteadof 1 star i would!.My name once again is Tina and Alpha Omega is Roofing Company us who DRB Group of Raliegh contracted to roof my new home. I had a roof leak which flooded by front room and Alpha Omega did not respond after multiple calls for help but only after a FB review of their service. Representative Tania finally contacted me and had her fellow manager arrange for a service call which came a day late and left without doing anything as it started as it started rain without doing anything. Elliott and his team did a great job on our house. They were very professional and showed up when they said and worked very hard to make us happy. The painters were the best I have seen. We are very pleased with Alpha Omega Construction Group, Inc.
Elliot was extremely professional and responsive. He came out for a review on Thursday and the job was scheduled for the following Tuesday. The crew showed up on time and everything was clean when they left. I had one follow-up question after the work was complete and Elliott and crew showed up within 3 hours to walk me through it. I highly recommend Elliott and team.
