I was lender on transaction where Derek and Ace Realty represented the sellers. From my first interaction with Derek, I was impressed. What stood out to me most was how much he cared about the best interests of his client. Was great to see that! I am a wounded Marine veteran who recently moved to Mrytle Beach and was looking to purchase a condo for me and my service dog. Given my disabilities , limited funds and the added "red tape" in working with a VA loan I had many hurdles in securing a new home. Derek went above and beyond a realitors usual duties to make my new home a reality. Derek displayed extroidinary negotiation skills on my behalf with the seller and lender. Weather your a veteran or not YOU cant go wrong with Derek on your side and i'd bet my Marine reputation on that.
