I am a first time homebuyer and I had my first catastrophe seven years into the process. My stove caught on fire with no fault of my own. I reached out to State Farm who is my insurance agent and quickly realized something wasn’t quite right. Troy has a great personality and a great performance. Troy explained everything he did very well and clearly to make sure I understood what he was doing. He showed up on time. When he states he going to be at my home at 9:00 clock he was at my house 9:00 clock on the dot. Troy was very respectful with great manner.
