Such a great experience for my fur babies. They were in desperate need of grooming. Luckily they take new clients and were scheduled within a week of contacting them. Absolutely no anxiety when I picked them up. Both were calm and enjoying their free time because they were not caged. Can not explain how pleased we were with the whole process! Thanks to this excellent team.

My Dayzee May handled her first bath at Shampooches far better than I did. I am pathetic and have bad separation anxiety with regard to her. They were sensitive to that and super kind to me and to her and I greatly appreciated it.

They are the nicest and most caring groomers I have met since we moved down here in August. Trust me we have tried a few others down here and they do not know a thing about Pomeranians. She squeezed Malibu in because of how the last groomer did him. I will definitely go back to Shampooches, they treat your dog like their own. Again thank you so much.Debbie
