New owner and we are NOT impressed! Brought our comforter in for cleaning which we had done at least 2-3 times before with the prior owners and had NO issues. This time the comforter shrunk at least 3 ". After talking with the manager at least 3 times we were told the new owner would call us to discuss. We have YET to hear from him so obviously he doesn't care much about customer service! We will never go here again and would suggest you find another dry cleaners as well...one were the owner actually cares about their customers!

Have never used this place and never will again. Dropped off two blouses and didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling at all, felt more like I was putting them out dropping them off. My blouses were to be ready Wednesday after 4:00, husband tried to pick up on Thursday and they had no idea where they were ! Spent the next week going back and forth and getting no good answers. I was told however that the owner might decide to give me a store credit if they were never located ‍. Ummmm, no thanks Finally 8 days and five phone calls later they were located, never even offered a discount for the inconvenience. Just a guess that they won't be around long

I don't usually do reviews but truly disappointed in quality of clothes pressing and cleaning. Took 2 pairs of pants to be cleaned and pressed and came back with pants with railroad tracks on front and back. Would expect pants to have creases as they were dress pants but I guess that is too much to expect. Will not be going back...will look for another dry cleaner in the area. Additionally I was told I would get a text when they were available but that never happened. Don't promise something you are not going to do....Service: Clothes pressing
