Coastal Eye Group, PC - Murrells Inlet

The manager, Kay, solved a serious problem today that I had with a referral to Dr George Sandoz.She sent the referral again today, and CALLED HIS OFFICE to make sure it was received. (The previous referral from 12/27 was suddenly "found". Kay followed what I consider best practice(I am a retired RN) by calling Dr Sandoz's office. A simple phone call avoids a lot of problems!

I am truly thankful for everyone at Coastal Eye Group. Especially Kay as I was very nervous about my procedure. Kay assured me that Dr. Skillings would not kill me! I found him to be extremely caring and professional.

I am seeing Dr. Prinzi after moving here from the Daytona Beach area where I have been in treatment for several years. I have both wet and dry macular degeneration. In Florida each appointment always took a minimum of three hours to get my eye injection. With the exception of one doctor, my injections there were relatively painless. In Murrells Inlet, my time in appointments has been 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. which makes sense given the dilation and numbing required. Staff are friendly and caring. Dr. Prinzi has been professional and skilled in the injections. No real pain. Thank you, Doctor.
