I do believe there was a miscommunication on what I wanted for my cat. I didn't want her shaved and it looks like she was. That is on me as I should have looked at more styles. They did show me the one they gave my cat, but I don't think I realized how short it was. Again, they did a great job overall.But I would recommend coming in with a reference if you have a vision of what you would like. I got my cat a few months ago and this is my first time getting her groomed. I know to be more clear about what I am looking to do next time!

Whitney and her team are truly the best at what they do. They don’t just groom. They make sure they’re doing what’s best for your cat. We’ve taken both of our long-haired Persians to her over the years, and they have always come back perfectly groomed and well taken care of, especially when our last cat was near the end of her life and pretty fragile 😿 I’d absolutely recommend Whitney to all cat owners, but especially anyone with a long-haired cat that needs some extra help keeping their coat clean.
Great experience, highly recommend!! It was my senior cat’s first time at a groomers so we were very nervous. The staff handled my cat with such great care and patience! I will definitely be returning.
