Bob was so wonderful to work with. We were introduced to him by my mom who has bought multiple properties through Bob and recommended him highly. It didn’t take long for us to see why. Bob was extremely patient with us as we searched for the right home and then worked through mortgage issues. Once we found a house we loved he quickly guided us through the offer process and expertly got our offer approved! He and his assistant Kerry were then so efficient and helpful getting us to our closing date. We had zero hiccups along the way! You were there for our first home-buying experience in SC and I’m thankful we had you for our 2nd (because it was an experience).
