I can not say enough good things about Alan Donald. I would recommend him to anyone that needs assistance in either selling or buying a house or property. Both my parents passed away within 6 months of each other and I had the task of cleaning out their house which was filled floor to ceiling. My probate lawyer got me in contact with Alan. He had a company that he works with to assist in cleaning out homes. THEY WERE AMAZING! Without their help, I would probably still be trying to figure out what I am going to do with a house full of stuff.
