I find Sonja to be very knowledgeable and very genuine. I am amazed at the amount of clients she handles all on her own. I think it sometimes takes her longer to file my return but I feel as if she checks and double checks everything before sending to try to get the most refund she can for me (or the least I have to pay)! I have been going to her for 6 yrs now and have not experienced any problems. Sometimes the wait is long but a lot of people have shown up on walk-in days, alongside of myself.
