I love this place so much. I've been four or five times now, have tried a variety of services, and have felt more than satisfied with each of my experiences. Cupping, assisted stretching, and the compression suits are my favorite services so far. Cryotherapy was cool (ha!), but I do prefer an ice bath if I am looking for that sort of mind-body support. Liz is an amazing provider. I appreciate that she is able to provide useful information about whatever therapy she is providing, as well as give me insight into how my body is responding to it, all while also maintaining casual and fulfilling conversation. Her work is really helping me feel better. I am grateful.
I went to Strength and Recovery for a sharp knee pain. I had been to an orthopedist who took X-rays and told me nothing was wrong. I then sought out an Osteopath who did help alleviate the sharp pain but there was lingering pain all the time.I ended up going to this facility for cupping which I had never done before and it cured me.I recommend them highly
A joy to work with!I booked cryotherapy and an assisted stretch session through Classpass, and within 24 hours Liz had kindly emailed me to let me know Classpass posted the wrong times and I would need to rebook, which is not R&S’s fault! This happened to me before with other wellness businesses on the app, so something to be aware of for Classpass users. Luckily Liz was very responsive via email. Within a matter of minutes, we had sorted out a new schedule that actually worked better for me.Today I tried the cryochamber, which I was very nervous to do. Louis was so sweet and encouraging.
