“Frances is wonderful, and was great with my teenage daughter who was trying on a number of items. The shop was quite busy at the time we were in there, however, we were in + out without a wait. They were able to completely fix what I thought was an unfixable jacket with transparent fabric, yet it turned out beautifully. They also fitted a dress to my daughter that had a complicated hem. She offered a price upfront that I thought was very reasonable. Both items were completed in a timely manner, and the ladies in the shop were all very pleasant and helpful.“
