My name is Jonathan and I'm here to say that of you need anything done this is the guy to call. And I mean anything. Even if it's something that's out of his hands he has a team behind him that can do anything thats possible you need to be done. Had a problem with my rtx 4090 build and Marc had it ha died for me with no problem. And its something even Geek squad couldn't even get right. Thank you Marc. I'm having a blast. It's even more powerful than my 4070ti build.

I could not access my Outlook. Marc was able to remote into my computer and solve the problem. Apparently, I had moved the Outlook folder by mistake. Also, around two years ago, he replaced my hard drive from this same computer. Since the computer was around 8 years old, the hard drive was starting to cause problems. The new hard drive is like having a new computer. The couple of times that I have used Pleasant Computer Repair, they have provided great work at a fair price.

Technology is not my strong suit and it causes me great anxiety when it does not work. Mark has always talked me off technology ledges in a calm, non-technical manner. He has been my go to technology person for 10 years and I look forward Mark’s help for another 10 years.
