Corey arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed two intake vents replaced, one was a custom size. And I needed 12 "boots" and grates replaced on the vents. These guys did a great job working on the heat pump at my vacation home recently, they were prompt & punctual, responsive 24/7, and charge an amazing $99 price on service calls anytime of the day (no "after-hours" up-charges). Their service plan packages are awesome too. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone use One Hour HVAC for last minute emergencies or scheduled service plans. Shout outs to Kim, Stephanie, and Shawn for doing a great job! Thanks a bunch

One Hour Heating and AC is superb: Responsive, Reasonable, and they do great work. We’ve been using them for 4 years and are delighted. The technician we use the most is Shawn and he is really exceptional: he knows our properties, HVAC units, and what the best course of action is to fix/repair or replace.
